Amidst the carnage of the day, The sadness of the chosen way,
Above the sea of lies The black rose cries.
The rose, an everlasting sage Forever fueled by human rage. Drowned in the evil flood,
The rose of blood.
The people moving to a chime, Just slowly living out their time And every single time they bleed The rose they feed.
So we will fly into the skies, Until we come to realize The darkness of our ways, The black rose stays.
